Roadmap

•  ⚠ Subject to change. This roadmap describes the current direction, not a contract. Phases advance when the work is ready, not when a deadline arrives. Some items will ship as written, some will be reworked based on what players actually want, and some will be dropped entirely. We will never promise a specific delivery date or a price outcome — anyone telling you otherwise is not us. 

Every roadmap with dates on it ages like milk. The date either hits — which looks impressive the week it does and irrelevant six months later — or it misses, and now you have a broken promise permanently etched into your marketing. The honest version is: we're building continuously, and the community will see progress shipped as it's ready, not shipped early to beat an arbitrary calendar deadline or shipped late with embarrassing excuses.

Phase I took hours. Phase II starts when $CWAR launches. Phase III begins when Phase II has enough community momentum to sustain it. Phase IV is the "if this actually takes off" phase.
